    Day one of walking into Maximum Performance was life changer for me... literally. I have my life back because of the team there. I work with dietitian Anna Binder to help make and maintain lifestyle changes to my eating habits that have lead to me getting control of my diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure issues. With the help of personal trainer Jordan Jones I'm attaining goals in my exercise routine that I NEVER thought possible. And if it's a day I don't meet with Anna or Jordan, I know that I can get the emotional and physical encouragement that helps drive me from any of the staff and other great Maximum Performance clients. Thank you Maximum Performance for helping me EVERY STEP of the way.

    I suffer from an auto-immune disease and COPD. I had become very overweight, so much so that I was contemplating a bariatric surgery. I began seeing the dietitian at Maximum Performance as a requirement for my insurance company to have surgery. From talking to her, I decided that I needed to change my lifestyle regardless of having surgery or not. I began seeing the dietitian more often, 2 of their personal trainers and a physical therapist on a regular basis. I have lost over 50 lbs. in about 6 months (without surgery). I now have the energy to be more active and I can keep up with my 8 year old daughter. I am so grateful for all the help and support from all the staff at Maximum Performance!
